Mr Chen Huade settled in Ireland in 2004 and went into business on his own in 2005, and has spent more than twenty years in Ireland–China cross-border trade, international logistics and cross-border e-commerce.

One of the Founding Initiators of the Chinese Business Association of Ireland Vice Chairman for Ireland of the European Federation of Fujian Associations Executive Vice President of the Ireland Fujian General Chamber of Commerce Honorary President of the United Kingdom Fujian Native-Place Fellowship Federation Career summary and principal achievements: Yu Yongqiang was born in 1974 in Fuqing, Fujian Province, and moved to Ireland in April 2000. In 2016 he joined the Ireland Fujian Chamber of Commerce as Vice President. From 2022 to 2025 he served as Executive Vice President of the Ireland Fujian General Chamber of Commerce. Between 2017 and 2026 he represented the chamber on numerous occasions at major celebrations and exchange events held by Fujian overseas Chinese associations across Europe. In 2025, as one of the Founding Initiators, he established the Chinese Business Association of Ireland. In 2017, he founded SYC Travel Co. Limited, focusing on high-end bespoke travel services for private groups, business delegations and official delegations alike. In promoting and hosting business events, the company has consistently followed a service philosophy of “integrity first, the customer above all”, earning wide acclaim.

Zhou Zunhe, male, of Han ethnicity, born in 1968 in Fuzhou, Fujian. He joined the Ireland Fujian General Chamber of Commerce in 2012, where he holds the office of Vice President. In 2025 he joined the Chinese Business Association of Ireland as one of the Founding Initiators.

Harry Xia, male, of Han ethnicity, born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China. In 1998 he graduated from the Shenyang Politics and Law School with a major in economic law; in 2001 he went to Ireland to study, taking courses in basic accounting and business management. He has operated and managed a number of projects and companies, spanning catering and entertainment, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and physiotherapy, motor vehicle import and export trade, and the IT sector. In 2025 he joined the Chinese Business Association of Ireland as one of the Founding Initiators.

Sun Xiaodan was born in 1982 in Shenyang, Liaoning. She is one of the Founding Initiators of the Chinese Business Association of Ireland. Career summary and principal achievements: She has spent more than twenty years in Ireland’s local catering services sector. During Premier Li Qiang’s 2024 visit to Ireland, she provided Chinese catering support services for the visiting delegation’s working team. In 2025, as one of the Founding Initiators, she took part in the preparatory work to establish the Chinese Business Association of Ireland, devoting herself to building the overseas Chinese community and helping to advance people-to-people exchange and economic, trade and cultural ties between China and Ireland.
